Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ServiceHub. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

1. What ServiceHub is

ServiceHub is a neutral intermediary platform that helps independent service providers ("Providers") list their services and connect with customers ("Customers"). We are not a party to the actual service agreement between a Customer and a Provider. We do not employ Providers and we do not hold money on behalf of either party.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and a working Indian mobile number for OTP verification.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Don't share your account or your OTP with anyone.
  • One person, one account. Sock-puppet accounts may be banned.

4. Provider obligations

  • Listings must accurately describe the service and the price. No misleading rates, no fake reviews.
  • You will honor commitments made to Customers and conduct yourself professionally.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, licenses, and registrations applicable to your services.
  • You must not bypass the platform to evade fees due to ServiceHub for premium services.
  • An active subscription is required to keep listings publicly visible. Listings are hidden when the subscription expires.

5. Customer obligations

  • Inquiries must be genuine. Don't spam Providers to harvest contact details.
  • Pay Providers what was agreed and on time.
  • Reviews must reflect a real engagement.

6. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not post: illegal goods or services, sexual content, content infringing third-party rights, spam, scraped data, malware, or anything that violates Indian law. You may not attempt to circumvent our security or rate limits.

7. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are at our discretion and only granted in cases of duplicate charges or proven service unavailability.

8. Disputes between users

Because ServiceHub is a neutral intermediary, disputes about service quality, payment, or no-shows are between the Customer and the Provider. We encourage both sides to resolve directly. If resolution fails, contact the Grievance Officer. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly attract genuine complaints.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Termination

You may delete your account anytime via /account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose risk to other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
