How to file a complaint
- Email grievance@servicehub.in from the email or phone number associated with your account.
- Describe the issue clearly. Include screenshots, listing IDs, or inquiry IDs where relevant.
- Tell us what outcome you're seeking (takedown, account suspension, data correction, etc.).
- If your complaint concerns another user, do not contact them directly about the complaint.
Response timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours.
- Resolution: within 15 days of receipt for most complaints.
- Takedown of unlawful content: within 36 hours of valid notification.
- Personal data requests under DPDP: within 30 days.
Appeal
If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, you may approach the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under Rule 3A of the IT Rules, 2021.
