How to file a complaint

  1. Email grievance@servicehub.in from the email or phone number associated with your account.
  2. Describe the issue clearly. Include screenshots, listing IDs, or inquiry IDs where relevant.
  3. Tell us what outcome you're seeking (takedown, account suspension, data correction, etc.).
  4. If your complaint concerns another user, do not contact them directly about the complaint.

Response timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours.
  • Resolution: within 15 days of receipt for most complaints.
  • Takedown of unlawful content: within 36 hours of valid notification.
  • Personal data requests under DPDP: within 30 days.

Appeal

If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, you may approach the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under Rule 3A of the IT Rules, 2021.
